Payment Options
At Southern Cross Telco we offer a wide range of convenient methods to help you pay your account, including:
BPay
Contact your participating financial institution to make a payment from your nominated account (excluding credit cards). Please quote biller code 93989 and the Bill number on the front page.
Direct Debit
Payments can be deducted automatically from your nominated debit/credit account. Please ring 1800 550 044 to arrange this facility.
Australia Post
Present the front page of your bill at any Post Office or Australia Post Agency.
Credit Card by Fax*
Please fill in the credit card details on the "Payment slip" (on the second page of your bill), and then FAX to 1300 363 080.
Credit Card by Mail*
Please fill in the credit card details on the "Payment slip" (on page two of your bill), DETACH and mail in the envelope provided.
Credit Card by Phone*
Free call 1800 663 355 (mobiles will be charged).
Payments can be made by phone using your credit card. Please have your account, your credit card details and a pen ready. The payment system will automatically advise you of your payment receipt number. Please write this down together with the date of payment in the space provided on your bill.
Payment by phone can be made 24hrs a day, 7 days a week for Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Diners Club and American Express.
Cheque/Money Order by Mail
Make your cheque/money order payable to "Southern Cross Telco Pty Ltd", write your account number on the back and tick the cheque box on the payment slip. Place your cheque/money order together with the DETACHED completed payment slip in the return addressed envelope provided and mail to the address below:
