3. 3. Download speed is automatically slowed to 64kps after the monthly included data limit has been reached. All speeds provided are theoretical maximums only.  The actual speed obtainable depends on the length and quality of your phone line from your telephone exchange, the type of ADSL modem you are using and technological constraints of the phone line.
   
4. 4. Discount applies whilst you have your home or business fixed line phone with Southern Cross Telco.
   
5. 5. We are committed to no contracts! However, should you cancel within the first six months we will have to charge you a $110 cancellation fee to cover our set-up costs.
   
6. 6. Speeds are theoretical network maximum speeds. About 70% of customers on the 8Mbps/384k plan can access speeds around 6Mbps or more. About 50% of customers on the 20Mbps/1Mbps plan can access speeds around 10Mbps or more. Your actual speeds may vary due to a number of factors including your distance from the exchange, line quality, cabling, network configuration, network congestion and your hardware or software.
