  1. All rates and charges are inclusive of 10% GST. Freedom Caps only available for SCT mobile services on the Optus GSM network. Unless otherwise specified, a flagfall of 35c applies to all calls.
  2. The minimum cap will be incurred even if the total value of calls made is less than this amount. For a part month, the minimum cap and the included value will be equally pro-rated. You are not able to view your monthly usage prior to receiving your bill. For the part month, you will pay only part of the minimum spend and you will also receive only part of the Cap amount.   3. Calls included in the cap are National calls, calls to Australian mobiles, SMS, VoiceMail, MMS. Other call types or calls made in excess of the included call value will be charged in addition to the minimum cap at the rates specified.
  4. For national calls and calls to Australian mobiles. Calls charged in 30 second increments.
  5. ‘Yes’ time gives you Free 20 min voice calls between Australian mobiles on the Optus network. Only available between 8pm – midnight Monday to Sunday.
